Review of Shoreside HotelDuring our recent family vacation at Shoreside Hotel, we found it to be a welcoming retreat just a block from Wabamun's beautifully renovated waterfront. The convenience of being close to a playground and picnic area set the stage for family-friendly activities. Our experience began with a warm reception at the front desk. The staff, seemingly family-run, was genuinely polite and accommodating throughout our stay. We appreciated the affordable rates and the in-room kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare meals and save on dining costs. The continental breakfast offered each morning provided a great start to our days. My daughters had a wonderful time at the sailing school, while I explored the stunning winter wonderland surrounding the area, indulging in both kayaking and local hiking trails. We also took some time to introduce the girls to ice fishing-what a memorable learning opportunity alongside friendly locals! In summary, Shoreside Hotel is an ideal spot for families looking to enjoy nature and engage in various outdoor activities. We are already planning our return visit in just two weeks!
